Do we need expensive special VPS for home office, or is VPN enough?
For most mid-market cases a properly configured VPN or zero-trust access with MFA and device-based authorisation is enough. You only need exotic tools for special data volumes or regulatory requirements – then we say so and calculate from where it pays off.
May employees use their private devices for work (BYOD)?
Yes – but only with a concept: MDM containers separate company from private data, you have remote-wipe rights for company data, and authorisation is role-based. Without these guardrails we advise against BYOD – the data-exfiltration risk outweighs the saving.
How does the switch to hybrid office work without shaking up operation?
Step by step: first access security (MFA, device-based authorisation), then a defined circle with a home-office standard (device, VPN, support channel), then expansion. Each stage has a measurable goal and a fallback plan – operation continues throughout.
