How this guide area is created

The articles here follow a fixed rhythm: topics around IT operations and AI (managed IT, cloud, IT security, Microsoft 365, AI consulting, automation, e-commerce) are researched, written and prepared in German and English – before an article goes live, our team reviews it. Quality over quantity.

Frequently asked questions about the guides

Who writes the articles?

Our specialist editorial team: the topics come from our project work (managed IT, cloud, IT security, Microsoft 365, AI, automation, e-commerce) and are researched and written by the respective specialists from the team. Editorial responsibility lies with us.

How often are new articles published?

At a rhythm of several articles per week – in German and English. We prioritise new topics by what we come across most often in audits and projects.

Can I suggest a topic?

Yes – write us the topic via the contact form or by email. It lands in our topic backlog and gets prioritised.

Are the articles advertorial or do they contain affiliate links?

No and no. We are tool-agnostic and have no partner dependencies. Tool comparisons are based on our practical experience – not on commissions.

How up to date are the facts (prices, tool features)?

Prices and tool features change – we mark facts with a reference date in the article. Where unsure, the text says what should be verified.

Who are the guides written for?

For business owners, IT leaders and department heads in the mid-market – 20 to 500 employees. We write concretely and in an actionable way, not as introductory reading. If you are still at “what is an RPO?”, our first call is the better starting point.

Are the guides available as an email course or video?

Not at the moment – the focus is on text-based, searchable guides you can read at your own pace and refer back to. We are evaluating a video format depending on topic demand.

Can I use a guide internally for my team?

Yes. You may share the articles internally and use them as a template – please cite the source. For workshops or training we provide a summarised working version on request.

How are guides different from the case studies?

Guides explain how a problem is solved (method, steps, tool choice). Case studies show how it went in a concrete project – with starting point, decisions and numbers. Both complement each other: the guide gives the method, the case gives the proof.

Do you cover industry-specific topics (e.g. machinery, e-commerce)?

Yes – we weave industries into the topics, because the logic of B2B machinery and D2C retail is very different. Tell us your industry and we check whether a fitting article exists or set a new one up.

A concrete project instead of a reading tip?

If you want to implement rather than read: in the first call we show how the setups described here would look in your IT landscape.
